LESS FRAGMENTATION. MORE COORDINATION.
The work moves.
The information
follows it.
A phone call, a sheet of paper, a message. In every sector, when requests travel through different channels, working out what is happening becomes extra work.
Nixsa Logistica brings requests, availability and progress together in one place. The requester knows where the job stands. The control centre coordinates. The operator knows what to do.
One request, one complete history
From the starting point to the closure of the job.
Visible responsibilities
Assignments and statuses shared by everyone who works together.
Decisions with more context

YOUR ORGANISATIONAL MODEL, AT THE CENTRE.
We start from the service.
We build it together.
A hospital, a plant, a public body or a network of warehouses: the starting point is your flows, your teams and your operating rules.
Let’s talk about your project- 01
Listening and analysis
We focus on request types, sites, critical issues and goals.
- 02
Flow configuration
We define sites, roles, skills, assignments, modules and service thresholds.
- 03
Go-live and review
We agree a go-live plan and review operations together.
BEFORE YOU START
Frequently asked
questions.
Is it different software for each sector?
No. There is one engine: requests, control centre, assignment, operators and history. For each sector the right modules are switched on and types, sites, roles and rules are configured.
My sector is not listed. Will it still work?
Probably yes: wherever requests need to be routed to people and vehicles, the flow is the same. We discuss it during analysis.
Does assignment have to be automatic?
No. You can coordinate manually, with automatic rules or a mix of both, based on attendance, skills, sites and vehicles.
Does it connect to the systems we already use?
Integration with existing management, warehouse or master-data systems is assessed case by case during analysis.
Do the demos show real data?
No. The pages contain illustrative simulations with fictitious data. To see the software you can request a dedicated presentation.
