FEWER EMAILS. MORE ORDER.

Many sites.
Many requests.
One queue.

An email to move furniture, a phone call for the mail, a spreadsheet for Saturday’s event. Every request takes a different path and nobody has the full picture.

Nixsa Logistica brings together requests from offices and sites, schedules them across crews and vehicles and documents their execution. The office knows when the crew arrives. The control centre organises the day. The manager sees costs and volumes by site.

YOUR ORGANISATIONAL MODEL, AT THE CENTRE.

We start from the service.
We build it together.

A single site or a network of sites: the starting point is your flows, your teams and your operating rules.

Let’s talk about your project

    Listening and analysis

We focus on request types, sites, critical issues and goals.

We agree a go-live plan and review operations together.

BEFORE YOU START

Frequently asked
questions.

Which services can be managed?

Service types are configurable: internal moves and transfers, mail and archives, deliveries between sites, event set-ups and other recurring logistics activities.

Is it suitable for a body with many sites across the territory?

Yes. Sites, offices and crews are organised to match the body’s structure, with territorial responsibilities and combined views.

Who can send requests?

Authorised office users. The permissions of each role are defined during configuration.

Can services be read by cost centre?

Yes. Every job is linked to the site and the requesting office, so volumes and activity can be read by cost centre.

Does the demo show real data?

No. The demo is an illustrative simulation with fictitious data. To see the software you can request a dedicated presentation.

OTHER SECTORS

The same software,
configured for other sectors.

There is one engine: requests, control centre, operators and history. Modules and sector language change.
